not bad, but as stated before, seems a bit pricier than it could be. I myself have setup a server for about $1500 with dual CPU and 12GB RAM, and RAID 10 config. the connection at the DC is only $150/month and its dedicated with an entire block of 255 IP's. I am using the new and free VMware server ESXi which can handle anything that my box can (Currently 35 customers paying $12-$45) Sure it will take a while to pay the server itself off, but I am clearing my connection costs and putting green in my pocket which will pay for the server in about 4 months and then it's just smooth sailing. Of course I am looking into buying some backup hardware but again it will pay itself off especially if I grow my base of clients.

But as you stated your talking about windows VPS, i think for a company to survive hosting windows VPS they are going to need to offer linux as well to help dampen the blow and headache of Windows.

I think your over pricing your base server. Take a server from Server Intellect base price 200$ then add 4 gigs total Ram 50$ is only 3000$ a year. You could setup 7 vps with 512 ram and 50gig space. Add your windows lease price and you could sell them off for 50-100 price range. you would cover your server.

You could save some bucks if you simply use the free (as in beer) version of Xen, that works equally well.
